hCG Diet Myths And Facts



Anyone getting into using hCG have doubts, a few hCG facts we must know are here revealed in order to follow the rapid weight loss and fat burning dieting. All dieting myths are revealed here.

  • hCG Dieting Myth: After you do the hCG diet, you can eat everything that you want. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!!!

  • hCG Dieting Facts: There is nobody that can eat everything that they want and still maintain a lean body. Our body reflects what we eat. If we eat fatty food, we will be fat.

  • Myth: "Eat what you want, when you want" (preferable when you are hungry, and listen to your body for when you have had enough) except no sugars and no starches, and weight EVERYDAY.

  • hCG Facts: You can't eat what you want and when you want. You need to eat 5-6 times per day to adjust your metabolism and never exceed your max daily calorie intake. Avoid eating a huge meal as this overtaxes the hypothalamus.

  • Myth: Don't eat until you are full. Rather, stop when you are satisfied. This takes a certain degree of awareness while you are eating. It is very helpful to use the Hunger Scale as a tool to help track your physical response to the food you are eating.

  • hCG Facts: This is a wrong notion as the body is more inclined to store water when the intake falls below its normal requirements. You should drink a minimum of 2 liters of the allowed fluids per day, and it is recommended to drink an additional 2 liters of water.

  • Myth: Many clients are afraid to drink so much water during hCG diet because they fear that this may make them retain more water.

  • Myth: You gain more weight if you eat late at night.

  • hCG Facts: You gain weight if you eat more than you daily max of calorie intake and not due to the time you eat. If you eat several times per day, your metabolism will be fast and will burn more calories than if you eat less times per day. Just keep yourself active and work out.
