As the diet define 500 calories per the whole day with 200 grams of proteins, you should divide it in 2 sessions.

Each food session should include 100 grams (3.5 oz.) of protein but weighted raw before cooking.

Servings can not be combined, alternation is the clue to diet menus management.

But you still may be able to substitute 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites either boiled, poached or raw.

For vegetarians the alternative is substituting meat by 500 ml. of skimmed milk or 200 grams of cottage cheese.

You should drink a minimum of 2 liters of liquid. Could be tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar.If necessary only Saccharin or Stevia may be used for sweetening. Finally, one tablespoonful of milk allowed per day.

hCG Diet Menu For Your Lunch

  1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw.

  2. Meats must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish "are not allowed." The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.
  3. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
  4. Don't think on bread anymore. Only 1 bread stick of Grissino or 1 Melba toast is allowed.
  5. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.
  6. The juice of 1 lemon can be used daily. All species are allowed. Leftover food should not count for the next day.
  7. Additional white fish protein permitted are: haddock, plaice, coley, whiting, skate, rock salmon/dogfish, ayr, cat fish, flying fish, hake, hoki, John dory, kalabasu, ling, monk fish, parrot fish, pollack, pomfret, red and grey mullet, red fish, red snapper, sea bass, sea bream, shark, tilapia and turbot. Forget about salmon, eel, herring mackerel, dried fish or pickled fish!
  8. Crawling sea food allowed also: turbot, lobster, crabs and prawns.

The hCG diet menu define vegetables strictly "should not be mixed." Although you can take 2 servings per day their quantity should not exceed the 500 calories diet menus.

Our personal experiences with the hCG oral sublingual we can mix as many vegetables we want provided there is a variation between lunch and dinner. But be aware that calories count! You should measure them.

hCG Diet Menu For Your Dinner

If you are smart enough you will have already plan the HCG diet menus alternately. Never your choice for the lunch should be the same for dinner.

You should alternate bird food and red meat for lunch and dinner on first day.

Then sea food and birds for next day and finally, sea food and red meat for the next day.
